The frigid winds howled with an uncharacteristic ferocity as the Coalition trekked toward their destination. Led by Lieutenant Alan Kessinger, shields held aloft to dissuade the ice tumbling down from the clouds as the snow crunched beneath their boots. Sir Lloyd followed the Lieutenant being accompanied by the Magus Avrant with Private Cohmnall Dempsy in tow. As the ice battered down against the team that set out, Corporal Cassandra Payne served as the party’s primary doctor. Imriel Moonscar and Kitra Veni'maev struggled along with Corporal Payne. 

On their approach, the Coalition battled against the bitter rimebound winds; their destination harrowed by unnatural weather. As they arrived at the eye of the storm, they spotted a troll primalist who appeared to be the conjurer of the storm. A powerful ice elemental was conjured by the Troll, hastily sent to slow the Coalition’s advance. They were all lamentably worn from the journey up from Freyharbor and it showed in their fighting. The average precision and prowess had dulled for the members while Sir Lloyd remained strong. While Lieutenant Kessinger tried to keep spirits high he began to notice the Magi Avrant and Private Dempsy were beginning to become worn down.
